PREAMBLE
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all purchases of unclaimed parcels from MysteryLux, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of € 600, registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Luxembourg under number B289767 , whose registered office is located at 6 rue Pierre Risch L-5450 Stadtbredimus , Luxembourg. Purchases may take place directly in physical shops during temporary sales organized by the Seller or via the website mysterylux.lu .
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any purchase made by private individuals consumers aged 18 or over through the Shop or the Site. By making a purchase, You acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions unreservedly.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
The Products governed by these terms are unclaimed parcels sold as-is, without prior opening, by weight. The Seller does not know the content of the parcels. You expressly accept that the contents may differ from your expectations, and the Seller cannot be held liable for this.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
Prices are quoted in Euros, inclusive of all taxes including VAT, and are based solely on the weight of the parcels. Prices on the Site exclude delivery charges, which will be specified before final order confirmation. Prices may change in case of new or modified taxes, but once your order is confirmed, prices cannot be modified.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDERING ON THE SITE
To place an order, You must fill in all requested information, accept these General Terms and Conditions by ticking the corresponding box, and validate Your payment. An order confirmation email including these terms will be sent to You. In case of product unavailability, You will be informed by email without delay. ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT METHODS ON THE SITE
Payments on the Site can be made by major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, and Carte Bleue. Payment is debited when the order is placed. Payment data is processed securely and in compliance with GDPR.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS ORDERED ON THE SITE
The Seller delivers Products to all countries within the European Economic Area (EEA). Available delivery methods depend on the size and weight of the Products and the delivery address indicated during the order process. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen delivery method and destination country. All delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery costs, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees arising from cross-border shipments, will be specified to You before final confirmation of the order. You are responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs or local authorities in the destination country. The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to You upon physical delivery at the agreed destination or upon collection from the specified pickup point.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. Shop Purchases
No right of withdrawal applies for purchases made directly in the Shop. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
7.2. Online Purchases
You have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal right from the date of receipt of unopened Products only. If the parcel is opened, the withdrawal right is forfeited due to the specific nature of the Products. To withdraw, notify the Seller via the withdrawal form (Appendix 1) or through your customer account. You bear the cost of the return. Refunds will be issued after receipt and verification of the returned unopened products, including the initial delivery charges, via the original payment method.
ARTICLE 8 – LEGAL GUARANTEES
Due to the nature of Products, legal guarantees related to product conformity and hidden defects under Luxembourg and EU law do not apply to the content of unclaimed parcels. The Seller guarantees only the conformity regarding the weight of parcels within a margin of ±200 grams. Remedies available include replacement, price reduction, or contract cancellation in accordance with Luxembourg consumer law.
ARTICLE 9 – TRANSFER OF RISK

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY
The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from unknown or illegal contents within the parcels. You undertake to dispose of any illicit items at your own expense and indemnify the Seller against any claims. The Seller excludes liability in case of force majeure, acts of third parties, or technical issues affecting the Site.
ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA (GDPE COMPLIANCE)
The Seller collects and processes your personal data (name, email, address, payment info) securely and only for necessary purposes (order processing, contractual communication, customer service). ARTICLE 12 – CONSUMER MEDIATION
In case of disputes, You are encouraged to first contact the Seller in writing. If unresolved after two months, You can request free mediation via a certified Luxembourg consumer mediation body. ARTICLE 13 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Luxembourg City, except where mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.

RETURN POLICY FOR MysteryLux
1. General Conditions
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please note the following conditions apply.
2. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return unopened Products purchased through the Site. Products that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at contact@mysterylux.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your product.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, with all labels attached and in a resalable condition.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Seller’s error (e.g., wrong or defective products sent).
6. Refunds
We will refund the purchase price and the initial delivery charges upon receipt and verification of the returned unopened Products. Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used. Refunds will be processed within 8 business days after we receive the returned items.
